Edwin? but yeah m3 all the way lol..

Yep, edwin. I could smell the subie fanboyism when I saw the thread. Someone has to rep BMW.

cmon man, i like subies and all, but there's really no comparing a modded STi to an m3. that's like comparing Hannah Montana to Kate Beckinsale or Charlize Theron. lol

I'd get the STi, spend a few grand on suspension and drivetrain mods, save the rest.

These are the best ideas we've had so far.. The car-horn-honk, is that a beauty? Have you seen men doing this? What is this? The man is in the car, the woman walks by the front of the car, he honks. This man is out of ideas.

Sorry for the double quote...but these boys [B]are[B] all out of ideas!

I'd rather rake in the hoes!

M3 = Panty dropper.
gardening tools aside...

to me, the selling point is AWD.

Wink

I have a luxury of driving both wrx and M3. Just get M3 and don't bother about moding. Stock exhuast has enough roar to make you happy and engine has enough power for spirited driving. Don't have to worry about getting pulled over - like I am whenever I drive my humble subaru. Not many are buying M3 anymore due to economy crisis. I'm sure you could get a great deal. Matter of fact, why don't you get a slightly used one. I'm sure you could get one - looking at your 55,000 budget. I think a weather bmw in berkely has one used one for around that price. Only about 4000 miles on it.

Yes, it's true you do get more chicks.

I would go with the M3 if the cost of Insurance and maintenance isn't a big deal to you.

And for whatever reason, married or single, BMW owners have more sex, Porsche owners want more sex...

BMW has more sex, Porsche has least..I of course owned a Porsche

well if you want a car that will get you chicks, that's a whole other issue and imo those are the girls i could do without, gold diggers....

i would chose an '05-'07 sti w/ $15-20k in mods hands down!(i'm not a big fan of the GR's yet). and it seems like every other car on the road is a bmw, and i couldn't live without boost. just my $0.02.

Could be unrelated to the car, based off of something that influences the car choice and amount of sex separately... Something like BMW owners are cool, while Porsche owners tend to be douche bags that no one wants to be around

my buddy had the same choice (albeit used for both)...and he ended up going from an STI to an M3. so far...he's quite happy.

can't forget the hoe-drawing factor...

me? I voted for the STI, as I still crave AWD Turbo power and the Subaru layout...but I like the newer GH body for the "stealthiness" that it has compared to my GD. much less po-po attention.

I voted M3.

I'm still RWD and balance at heart.

Girls that date you cuz of your car = STDs

Girls that date you cuz you're you = wife

I know I def wouldn't want to date some girl who only likes me for my car... What's the point?

So if you're relying on your car to get you chicks, you must lead a sad, sad life.
