Perhaps reading comprehension isn't your greatest skill. I wasn't talking about you, I was talking about some muscle head that worked or still works there that tries to fight everyone and street race everyone.

f with stevens creek subaru. i just recently got my car back from warranty repair and it took them two weeks to complete the job, while it should only take a week. what happened is, i took my car down to the dealer on tuesday to have them check my 1st gear because of occassionally grinding even if im on a full stop. to make the long story short they gave me a call on that same week on friday they said that the part they ordered came in but the rest got lost somewhere during the shipping, and they don't know where it is at.
the remaining lost parts came in finally on friday the following week and they said that it be ready on tuesday. got my car on that day ...pretty happy about the outcome it just took them forever to finish the job.

You would think someone who works in the engineering department would have seen that word often enough not to murder its spelling.

Yeah, Stevens Creek Subaru is a joke. Back b4 I had my wrx I went there and was treated like crap and the salesman was a complete choad. Even the parts people have issues. I was lazy one time and didn't feel like driving to get an uppipe gasket so I went there. It took me like 10 min. of explaining b4 he knew what I was talking about.

If you had a good experience, consider yourself lucky.
