That's B.S.

I went to my dealership and asked them if I put the intake on my car what would it do to my warranty as I had paid for a 100k warranty. They said absolutely nothing as it's a supported part. It just voids any coverage on the parts removed and they actually told me that the intake itself would be warranty covered if they installed it.

Even with other parts as I understand it you have a leg to stand on... so as explained (an honored by the dealership)...

Say you put coil overs on your car. You just voided the warranty on the struts/springs as they are no longer on your car. If something related to being too low (axles) goes out... that is not covered. But if you motor blows up as it's 100% unrelated to your coil overs it is covered.

Your entire warranty can not be voided by one part. ESPECIALLY a subaru made part. You either misunderstood, were mislead or are just mistaken.

Ok so yes the crap still goes on,A few months back i was in the market for a impreza and since im very close i went to check it out so here is what happened.I was taking my car that i had a 2005 Scion Xb with 80k on the clock 90% stock was in the process of returning the parts back,So i walk in and greeted by Natalia she was great very helpfull let me do what ever i wanted with no issues at all so i found 2 models i liked a 08 base and a 09 with some extra stuff i decided on the 08 took it for a drive with natalia and 4 people with me no problem.I then get back and we start the deal i say i would like to see what i can get for my trade in i knew i would get a low ball offer but might be worth it.This is were it went to **** very fast we are trying to get a price for the car etc so here he comes with his offer on my car 2,000 max 3,000 bucks hahaha are f'n kidding me? Blue book on it was 10+ and trade in was around the 7 mark i tell him i want x price on the wrx and 7 k for my car he goes back and forth bs bs then walks me into the main office and i talk to some middle eastern or what ever the guy was and he is talking **** to me saying no one buys POS toyotas and it will cost them tons of money to fix my car this and that and that im stupid i then say wtf is your deal my car sells on other lots with higher milage for 12-15k and he keeps insulting me i say f that and walk away another guy comes over before i head out and was like go sell your car on the street and come back with cash i was like yeah right.I then get a call like 2 days later and wanted to apologize and wanted to know if i would consider coming back.I said no thanks ill pass.I ended up selling my car like 1-2 weeks later and had a very nice amount so i head over to the one in san mateo carleson what ever it is and guess what no help there to with my 10k+ cash in my hand very disapointed in both places.Now as of today i got me a bugeye for a hell of a deal and own it with tons of left over cash i have been buying parts from stevens creek and the asain guy has helped me out alot and is very cool has a wrx of his own.I alos visit capitol parts and ben pretty good aswell,Would also like to note who is this massod guy? when i was younger i worked with a guy named massod at sears in vallco if this is him stay away from him at all cost he is a piece of **** and will treat you like garbage,he would always talk crap to me and acted like he knew everything about cars he is snoty arogant loser that drove a bucket and thought he was just so cool..Next time i stop by im going to see if its him and tell him to f off.Sorry long rant but yes still BS going on Good luck

They walked out, got a call back an hour later from the guy telling them they could give them $9500 which is what I told my parents they would expect to get only after a test drive. Too late, lost a sale. Guy tried to pull the same stuff on me when I bought my wife's legacy several years ago. Wanted me to go there and talk where as Diablo gave me a figure that matched what I was looking for.

Well not getting a response to my email nearly a day and a half later I put my review up on Yelp, I hate having to do it but warning people to not go there is what has to be done.

Even a simple apology would be nice...oh well.
