edit: sorry. I confused SC Subaru with Capitol Subaru.

My experience was based on Capitol Subaru and has been positive so far.

Ive had positive experiences at SC subaru. Ryan (i think) is ****ing awesome. Very knowledgeable and gets me the parts I need without a hassle.

Also I lost my c clip when adjusting the wastegate and called them on a saturday. The sales guy got me two clips for very cheap even though they dont sell them.

Im pretty much done with Capitol especially since they didnt know what a boost control solenoid on my wrx was when i tried to order one.

I kinda feel bad for the current crew at Steven's Creek Subaru. I've never been there in person but I've dealt several times with their parts department and the new parts manager and parts employees are extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and some of them are i-clubbers who drive modded scoobys.

Mention i-club to these guys and they give great prices too. Far better than buying that chinese reproduction crap from Kragens or lining the pockets of that festering **** Jamie who runs subarugenuineparts

Not sure about the sales department but i've also heard good things about the service too.

I was Intrested in some sti's that were on the lot. I called ahead to ask if they were still avaliable and the guy politely answered all my questions.

I came in and test drove 2-3 06-07 sti's. Very nice people! Ill have no problems going in a again

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Stevens Creek since I bought my car from them. About six months before I bought my '09 I went in looking for a '05 and there was one Dbag salesman, but when I came back 6 months later, he was gone and I bought my '09. I got a pretty good deal with paid maintenance and I have been taking the car to them for maintenance ever since. In fact, I'll be going in for 30k pretty soon.

O my turn.
We bought the 2011 RED wrx from Stevens creek

I live about 80 miles away one way.

It took 4 weeks for there finance guy to grow some brains and realize the contract he wrote for us was boggus and he couldnt get the APR stated in the contract.

Week 4 we drove down and returned the car

The sales manager was so irate he threatened the sales guy job like it was his fault

Then they said we wouldnt get our whole down payment back!

lot of yelling, sales manager even got in my face

All and all SOA got a call and we finally got out down payment back and sent and got the 2011 wrx in Napa.

Napa subaru FTW

WOW, never new this thread was even around....... First i call them and they tell me hey have 2 07 SWP STi's, the last 2 in California. So i drive down there 80 plus miles and they had 1 SWP STi. We drove around for 30mins to 2 different lots they had at the time looking for the first SWP STI. The one we were looking for had less miles. Long story short they only had 1 07 SWP STi. Would think they would know what was on there lot! Had a similar experience when buying my 07 STi with faulty paper work. I had to go back 2 times because they screwed the paper work up. Good thing is my APR was even better because they had to drop it to get my payment down to the original price that was signed on the paper work! You ever noticed what race of people that run the place? I think that's part of the problem. Another thing they did was put holes in my front bumper when I told them not to put the holes in. Was ready to smash the guy when it happened! All around a bad experience.......

SC is scum, they do not make mistake on the sales and financing side. They will scam you on the sales and financing side and claim it's a mistake or you didn't understand the original deal.

I just got a 2011 wrx premium for 32,000 out the door with all my services pre paid. Which was only 2k more.

Sadly my car came with close to 200 miles on the odo which is waay too much imo to call new. But I was too lazy to haggle. Also i just found 2 HUMONGOUS scrapes on the underside of my front bumper (probably from some ****ty test driver) and I'm hoping they'll fix that for free.. ESPECIALLY when I didn't jew them out and bought the car in just under 2 hours. WHAT A GREAT CUSTOMER HUH?

Other than that, I think it went pretty well. Not as bad of a experience as the previous members.

Sounds like Ryan needs to clone himself and run the sales and financing side too. Parts has been a godsend compared to Capitol.
