i went there sunday, was just curious as to if scs could work a deal on an sti with my trade in. their price was INSANELY high. 38k iirc. mark up my ***. you have like 8 sti's on the lot!!! ive been to about 4 subie dealers and all of them where under 35k for an sti.

I'm just trying to point out that sticker price doesn't mean squat. Whenever I've bought I car I've never paid attention to that price. I go in with the intention of paying no more than $500 over the invoice price. I got the 07 STI for $31.8k + taxes, license and the 2.9% APR and it came with the auto-dimming mirror, short shifter and floor mats. All said and done, the car was $34.8k, which I believe was probably lower than the MSRP price posted on the sticker.
This goes for any dealer, not just Steven's Creek.
Besides a little hiccup I had at first there, which they fixed, I've actually had a good experience with Steven's Creek. After seeing that a flash was available for the 07s, I called them up, had an appointment the next day, went in and the service manager knew all about the problem. I had the ECU reflashed within an hour without problems.

I bought my car there in November and got my '07 STI for $32.6 OTD with 4.9% APR. I didn't have any problems except for lost keys, and they didn't charge me for them. I had a good experience with Steven's Creek.

I'm sure there were a few people who had ok experiences with them. But you'll find that with SCS, they have a one in 10,000 good experience whereas with good dealerships such as Santa Cruz Subaru, they have a one in 1,000 bad experience...

He picked his OBXT up cheap, and didn't have any hassle, to hear him tell it.

I'm trying to put down at LEAST $12K... when I get my 07 or 08 STi...
I'll probably co-sign with my dad so he can qualify for hopefully 1.9% APR for 480 months... I'm trying to keep the car payment under $500 a month.
