I am extremely sorry for posting on here! I didn't know that there was a certain amount of posts you had to put up before you can contradict the majority. I didn't know that just because i don't post a lot, anything i put here is not valid until i start posting more. hey resident smurf, just because i dont have over 1000 post on here, and actually have a life outside my house, doesn't give you any flippin' right to throw the first stone!. let's meet up, and we can resolve this issue. you might be a totally chill person, in which case i apologize, because i don't know you. but i don't feel that your taunting tactics are fair. And as my fourth post on i-club, i wish it could have been more satisfactory to you, but when people who dont know me attack me, i think that is uncalled for. until we meet you or anyone else has no right to blow sh*t on me, or anyone else you don't know. that is just being a stupid sh*t talker. and if that is all you post, then you are a true example of a wasted life. peace out!

It is very suspicious that a person with three posts would chime in with a lot of praise for a dealership that the community as a whole has witnessed to be horrendous and terribly run. It does not seem plausible that they would give you a loaner car when they had a part on order for you yet completely screw over other customers and not pay for damage that they did while servicing their vehicles... completely different story in your case, so if you are indeed an actual customer who has had a positive experience, great. Ya got lucky. However, your post looks like someone doing damage control from Stevens Creek posting mythical good experiences with their dealership. Read the rest of our experiences on the thread and you will see why.

So get this... HA HA HA!
I got my car at Carlsen the other day... Walked in, told them how much I was willing to spend on said car, they checked to see if it was doable (I know how much their real invoice price is, which is where I got my price). I said 24k out the door, and not a penny more. 5 mins later the salesmen says "Arlight, lets do it". He knew he was only making less than $100 on the car, but he said he wanted to sell it and didn't want to mess around. 20 mins later I was out of there with a new car.
FFW to last night. I told my friend Tony about the price I got, and he was like "Lets go to the dealership cuz I want to buy one right now at the same price you got yours". I'm like okay... but he didn't want to go all the way to Redwood city because it was too far, so he talked me into going to Stevens Creek... I told him how terrible they were and that I didn't want to go, but he talked me into it... I told him fine, if they let you get the car for the same price as mine, lets do it... a penny more, and we're out of there. He agreed.
So we get there and I straight up tell the salesmen how much I wanted it for... He was a newbie and didn't think he could... but he said he'd try anyway. So he calls his manager over and tells him that I got my car for 24k at carlsen... The manager goes "24k? And laughs"... He asks me if I have my service contract with me, basically calling my bluff... and I go "Yep, I sure do" to his surprise. I run out to my car and get it... He looks over it carefully and says I need to take this to the back... I told him he can't make a copy of it and that I have to go to the back to make sure he doesn't... He was reluctant to allow me in the back but had no choice.
He then starts talking to the head manager guy about it and he starts sort of laughing under his breath basically saying that my deal was impossible and that there is no way that they sold it to me for that price (basically calling me a liar)... I told him that the contract was right in front of his face... He then asks me where my car is and I point to it... He said "if I sell you this car for this price I'm losing almost $1000". I then say "Just what I thought... once a liar, always a liar." I then tell him that I'm a co-founder of the i-club/NASIOC and that I'll be posting this on the site to tell people to avoid their dealership at all costs. I then also told them that they were all two faced liars and that I hope they all die.
I walked into the showroom and said "Lets get the f' out of here... these a$$holes are all liars and are trying to rip us off and are calling me a liar straight to my face. " I warned others at the dealership to stay away and we promptly left.
THIS IS WHY WE DON'T GO TO STEVENS CREEK. YOU'RE ALL LIARS. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU BASTARDS.

Oh yeah, let me add one more thing.... the dealer straight up told Tony to use 89 octane cuz he was worried about the cost of 91. I quote him "Oh, they only suggest using 91... You can use mid-grade, you'll be fine".
I was like "Um, no, you can't... Unless you want detonation!!!!" He was like "Oh, well, um, I don't know about that car specifically, but I know some cars"... backpedalling. BAH!
