Interesting read. Pretty honest on the goods and the bads.
9 things you didn

I'm sure Woz isn't to upset these days about the pay he got for the work he did. People make it sound like he hosed him out of millions... not hundreds.

I'd say if he was the money hungry bastard everyone makes him out to be he probably would have taken more than $1 a year as salary. (Not that stocks didn't make up for it)

As for the paternity. If you started a business and it started getting famous and the money started to roll in and someone was like... yo! this is your baby. Wouldn't you react the same way? He had moved on. Seems like he's helped her out even though his life changed and he moved in another direction. Wish my dad had done the same. Instead my dad took all my money and drank it away.

Seems you haters need to find other reasons to hate.

OMA I think you were referring to the quote I posted. I didnt hate the guy. I own apple products.

The only thing that really made me go "Whaaa" was my friend pointing out the philanthropic stuff.

For sure. Dude was a weirdo but most people in his category are. My uncle is crazy smart like that and the guy is pretty much a douche when it comes to others.

Oh, please, every successful businessman who's trying to accomplish things at such a grand scale and create billions in revenue would be a grade A douche nozzle too. You just kinda have to, man. It's just how the world works. Business (especially in the tech industry) isn't all fairy dust, cotton candy, and unicorns.

There isn't another Steve Jobs out there. Everyone loves Steve Jobs. Not everyone likes Bill Gates, or the President, or other world leaders. Steve Jobs is the American dream, work hard, make something that everyone else loves and make a profit.
