95+ tacomas and 4runners are the easiest to steal. the upside is magnaflow makes a CA legal replacement.
your best bet it to install it and spot weld the flange in 3-4 places.

Yup. The gas tanks are plastic in the newer ones. Don't even need a drill, just a center punch and hammer. Just like shot-gunning a beer.
