I'm only 140 pounds. If I lose any more I won't fit as snugly into those seats made for slight built Japanese people.

Eat less, exercise more. No more sugar. No more deep fried foods (my personal vice)

I vow to lose the 10 lbs. I've gained since meeting my new girlfriend. She's a waif (5'5" - 107lbs) so she makes me feel self conscious. Hehe.

Well since I started this whole thing:

My plan is basically portion control on the eating side (since I already eat pretty good-for-you foods, just too much of them), and excercising on a daily basis (mainly swimming). We'll see how it goes.

Oh, and the big, really hard one - no more alcohol.

I'm 275 right now. In a perfect world I'd like to be 180 or so. That's going to take a long time, but I'll get there eventually.

You could get her back by showing her some of the pics you post up in your thread...I bet she'd get a little self conscious

I've gained 50 lbs in the last 18 months. I'm not trying to loose weight as much as "redirecting" it No more fast food for me, time to try those soy dogs everyone makes fun of!

in all seriousness, i thought Pilates was for MILFs who wanted to bang the teacher or something along those lines, but after trying a few excercises, it's good..I dunno about weightlosing, but you'll definately firm up your muscles and tone them too with medium/heavy Pilates style exercise

down 3 pounds the first week. I'm doing the "pre-bud/s workout progression" I've found a few places on the net (well, working my way up to week 1 of it anyway). Running, swimming, pushups, situps and pullups. Man, I feel fantastic!
