The video does show some weak spring compression though. I probably could do that by hand.
Does this work for front and rear?

i really wouldn't suggest using just a breaker bar. Sure it can be done, but it might end up being a ***** to complete the job. When i was installing the springs on my car, my friends had a cheap air gun (60 bucks or so) and couldn't break the last bolt. Needless to say, we couldn't break it with a break bar along with a long pipe connected to it.

1) Will this work for a Sedan and Wagon
2) Will this work for the Front and Rear suspension
3) Is this just a trick to get some noobs to kill themselves?

yes, yes, and no. It really is possible. I not going to say that everyone can do it, as some dim witted people will inevitably point it at themselves and get hurt, just as some people need "warning hot" labels on their coffee to know not to spill it on themselves. But it has been done many times before.

you should be fine, just have a friend or two handy.
I once had to put the JDM V8 STi springs back on its strut, and that was a biatch, but 3 people were able to compress it.
you'll be fine doing it on the stock struts & springs
