I saw Mike Rishie from the SJ Sharks tonight. Over by Santana Row. We were in my friends wrx wagon. He was checking it out. So, I rolled the window down and gave him a friendly nod...he returned it. Then we exchanged a thumbs up.

Hockey all the way. Show me another sport where you get two knives and a big stick and I'll become a fan. Thumbs up to Womens beach volley ball, one of the best spectator sports available.

That being said I'd route for Tyler Hamilton as well who I think will be the ONLY competition for Lance this year. Cassagrande is riding like crap in the Giro (and he's doing the Giro which means he'll be physically burnt by the time the Tour rolls around). Pantani is a joke without his EPO (I don't think Mercetone Uno got invited this year anyway... haven't really checked up on it though), and Jan doesn't have the dedication to win anymore.

Cheers, Joe

actually, the sport of cycling is ridiculously popular in europe. if you don't give cyclists the right of way in italy, you are considered a bad driver. if you actually hit a cyclist, they basically kill you.

growing up, i was hoops, then soccer playing. til i blew up my knee mid high school. there goes my pro career...

now, watching, hoops first, then football, then hockey and soccer tied (not a lot of scoring) and finally baseball... it's like watching paint dry, man...

Well, personally I dont really give a rats a$$ about any of the options.......I was always more into the extreme sports.......I love to go Snowboarding and Wakeboarding, Plus I really love to play paintball. Does 4-wheeling count as a sport?

well, I dont care, its another fun weekend outing type trip/sport anyway, nuthin' like wheelin' along a trail through the mountains....camping out over night, in the wilderness with a campfire.......

However, I'd have to say that of the given options, Basketball would be on the top of my list.
