Silky, your situation was a BIT different....
I dont know why...but you and I got the SAME kinda ticket lol and uhhh like I said without getting into details..your situation was different. Therfore you had different options than I did.
ChrisC,
from my own personal experience, I had a clean record...I hope you do too. If so, I dont think it will be too bad for you. Like I stated in my 1st reply.

Thank you again for all of your replies on the matter. I personally don't think trying to get a defender to help get me away with the ticket will work because the police officer saw us blatantly race down the street. I think the best that I can hope for is to plead guilty to the judge on talk him into letting me go to traffic school. I don't really care anymore about if I get my license revoked for a month or two simply because I am going to be in a wheel chair the next couple of months. I am happy to let you guys know that I was able to smoke the IS 300 even when I had a broken foot. The cop was even surprised and he complemented me on my shifting.

Chris, traffic school is not an option. Well, when I went to court, thats what the judge said. I plead guilty and paid a $100. fine. That was it. Oh, and the 2 pts on my record + 1 yr. court probation. I dont think you will have much to worry about if this is the case. Just stay out of trouble.
Sorry to hear about your broken foot

Somebody get johnny cochran on the phone, there is your excuse right there!
Seriously though, you've ended up in a situation that most young people are scared ****less to encounter. This means you really got to watch yourself until you are "of age". Good luck with the judge
