I need to take my car in for warranty work and so I am looking for feedback on where to take it. Anyone have any recent feedback on:
Capitol Subaru
Stevens Creek
Santa Cruz
Carlsen
?
I'm looking for a smooth trouble free experience, a friendly service writer, knowledgeable techs, an onsite paid or free loaner car, and to have my car in the shop for as little time as possible. I'm definitely interested about shops to avoid.

I ended up going to Stevens Creek and got all of the above plus a cute cashier.
I also had them program a 2009 Tribeca key for my 2005 . Now I have a 1 piece key/remote combo . Love it!

57497AG48A NON LASER CUT KEY
For those of you with security systems or chipped keys, LGT.com reports that these 09 keys work with their 05 LGTs on up, and we share the same fobs as them in 05, so our frequencies are all the same.

They work, they're just not perfect. The dimensions of the blade are slightly different.
Jourdan... you have the new fancy key! Feel special. Don't lose it. Ever.

Doubtful.
It isn't just that... we can't make the key here. Subaru won't even sell me a blank. I have to order it by VIN from SOA. Sooo... you'd be without a car for a couple days.
