My mother knows people at Ft Hood from when we were stationed in Germany. They say the actual count is 31 deaths. AND he didnt want to go to Iraq, which is why he snapped. AND the whole base is currently on lockdown, supposedly the first time this lockdown has ever happened on domestic soil......

 

I thought the same thing once they released the name of the shooter.

Being in the Air Force, I hear a lot of words get thrown around about muslims, islam, etc. So with that being said I can't help but think he was hazed from time to time. Hell, I'm filipino and catholic and get picked on too (only jokes of course). I can understand him getting upset over what is going on overseas, but he should have remembered who he works for and what uniform he put on everyday.

My condolences go out to the victims and their families. This shouldn't have happened

This guy was at walter reed and got bounced because of to many poor efficiency reports. Definitely not a "discrimination case". But he's muslim... so he can never be at fault. Nope. The military forced him to do this...

 

31 deaths?! Is that hearsay? Or do you have some proof to back that up? Not calling you a liar or anything, just wondering about the validity of the statement, and god I hope it's not true...


1 death is far too many, well, unless you count the piece of crap shooter, then the single death is justified.

Bunch of BS... when you combine poor education with religion you get fanaticism, and since there are so many Muslims on this earth, many of them living in countries that have little education you get a vast army of fanatics that are willing to kill in the name of their lame *** false god. None of them are real, if you have proof otherwise, I'll be glad to look it over, but until then none of them have any more merit then the others.


I do believe in a higher power, just none of the ones that man has created. There's so little we know that it's hard for me to believe that god-x is real and god-y is fake.

Just saw news, unfortunately, that the shooter is still alive.

"I would say his death is not imminent," Lt. Gen. Bob Cone at Fort Hood said.but, at this time, they are saying that 12 people are dead and 31 wounded.

 

I'm glad that he's alive, death would be waaaaaaaay too easy of a way out. He's going to suffer like crazy for the rest of his life and that's much better then a simple death. I hope they do everything to keep him alive.

What happpened with the shooter? Did SWAT pwn his ***?

 

He was shot from what I know. All this happened on base so I'm sure one of the many skilled soldiers or MP's put some caps in him.

 

So if the military didn't make him do it, it must be because he's Muslim?
