So, instead of the mini... how about a Vishnu tuned Forester XT?

If you care for the sleeper factor I vote the other way around. FXT and STi. STi is not a sleeper vehicle by any means.
I was reading the scooby net forum and there was a fellow with the nice FXT STi. It was a hot vehicle. 6sp, brembos, limited slip upfront etc.. I beleive it even had 18's stock.
Sometimes I do not understand Subaru. Vehicles like that would sell like hot cakes in the US but somehow we are not deemed worthy of having them. Example at heand with the Recaro seats they drop them and they gives some cheap look alike with side airbags... BFD.
Cheers

Just like an STi wagon would sell, but alas, it suffers from the same hang-up.
I love my STi, I wish I had another just for dirt use, I would recommend it to all in the market for that type of car.
I think that it would be closer to what Daniel could use in a car, considering his abilities on the twisties.
I think that he would have a lot of changes to make, many costly, if he were to go the FXT route, but that is IMHO.

I talked with my gf... She wants me to get the STi, so SHE can get the forester... So no matter what, it'll stay in the family... :-D

Isn't it a nice one? I love the interior. It is even a 2.5 liter one. Proof is in the pudding that they do have one and I do not believe anyone saying it will not pass US emissions.
I guess it took them 10 years to get the WRX here, who knows how long for an STi Forester.
Cheers
