oh that's madness. My guardian (dad) told me about his...holy crap. I am glad I am so damn old and have no kids. By the time I have had my fill of making babies I'll be like 40 so it won't be so bad.

do they still basically tape your stick to your belly? My pops told me it feels like you got kicked in the ***** really hard when they pinch the tube.

as for V and alcohol. Be careful man. I seriously had someone I know die from it. One damned shot of wiskey before bed and he didn't wake up in the morning. Booze and pills can be fun but it's no joke. His name was Gene Eugene. Freakin genius.

my little brother pulls that crap all the time...not as much as he used to. So most of the time it's all good but it's a common remedy for trouble. But man....no lecture..I've done it. Shoot when I heart my pelvis snowboarding a few years back...the nerve damage felt like someone was shoving a hand full of needles into my *****. I had the good old V from the resort and then sat down to a cup of joe with a couple shots of the juice in it. Great idea having coffee with liquor in it served at resorts....

but yeah..I digress....be careful.

no joke doughboy....when did you hurt yours?

I just found out freaking tuesday afternoon that I need surgery on mine. PISSED.

So now I have to figure out how to pay for it. How to get in early enough to not limp to bad through my sisters wedding on the 16th of Sept or wait until after and have 3 months to get ready for snowboarding.

this was back in early march/late february. it still bothers me...especially on cold days. i'm definitely gonna have arthritis with all the sports i play and all my bad joints.

i've been slowly rehabilitating though. knee stretches and running 2 miles every other day to get back into it.

sorry to hear about your knee. did your doctor say what was torn? there are so many things you can tear in there.

yeah....I got lucky.

What happened was I had a bad old injury...stupid football. I was stupid and had to be tough so I skipped surgery and tried to play on it. Then just kept going with life.

In April...glorious day. 41 inches of fresh and a light snow that day. I was coming out of the powder way leaned back to the packed to get to the lift...I see a ridge made by the damned groomers. ollie it but I didn't see the second..landed on it wrong and went over...knee strait and hyper extended. POP.

turns out I got lucky. All I did was get like a first degree sprain. Bad part is I tore and inflamed all the old scar tissue..making it much worse. MRI shows that the old injury looks like a torn MCL and some small tears in the ACL and PCL. so I have all this scar tissue on the front of my knee that keeps everything from working right.

So prognosis is that I just need to be scoped out. Then they are gonna put holes in the ACL to promote healing...like pin holes. Hope is that I get to keep my ACL. There is still a chance that it's shot. If that's the case they are gonna use the hammstring method to repair it so I'll still be able to snowboard and hopefully get back into mtb riding and a little softball and bball. If I get my fat *** back in shape I might even try to get back into baseball. adult league or something.

So yeah..I think I got lucky.

if all goes as planned I'll be on crutches for like 7-10 days. And be at useable strength as quick as my work ethic gets me there....I'm hoping 95% and me 20 pounds lighter by the first of the year.

Talking Back on topic:

I had one, it took over an hour, since mine were intertwined with the tendons that control ejaculation. It's the best kind of twisted pain to be in when the doc is squeezing your nut trying to get the tube free so he can keep his record of single incision surgeries intact.

Needless to say, after the hour, I told him to make the G*dda** second incision, or I'd grab his nuts and give him a dose of what he was doing to me. Afterward, they got wrapped up, put in a jockstrap, and I was sent on my way.

Two days later was the best!! Pounding away for WELL over an hour and more...no joke, before I could get my body to respond in that special sort of way!!

Sex is SOOOO much better not having to worry about mini-me's being produced.

BTW, it's not a bad thing to have done. If you want kids, I'm sure you can become foster parents, or adopt some of your own. Personally, I'll just rent the rugrats if I ever feel the urge, then return them hyped up on sugar, and excited from a really fun day at an amusement park, being mostly amused by the parents' reaction...

Vicodin has acetominophen in it. Drinking and taking a lot of acetominophen is a good way to get acute liver failure. Very, very, bad way to go.

It's spelled "VASECTOMY"

It also takes the brains out of your pants, and puts them back where they belong!!
