If you do it right it's crazy reliable. You're essentially talking about putting all new guts in a car. Heck you could dump it in a forester and have the perfect snow masher.

45k miles a year is up there. What about picking up a cross trek? Put some lights on it. Skid plates. A rack set up. Some rally wheels. LOL!

I have always dreamed of the swapped forester…
Ive also been toying with the idea of putting a down payment on a 15 WRX or STI

My wife and I had a week like that earlier this month....

I got hit by a Tesla on a Monday, she got hit by a Honda on that Friday. Fun times.
