This one is for anyone who would be willing to venture to Sacramento for a new bed.

Tonight, I walked in to a Sleep Train Mattress Center, which is brand new, and located right next to the Sac Meets (so if you want directions, hit the Sac Meet thread and those same directions will get you within feet of Sleep Train). The sales person, Chris, is a hopeful Subaru owner and wants to get an STi before end of summer. He was a REALLY nice guy, and seemed very knowledgeable about the beds there and other beds on the market.

If anyone wants a seriously good deal on a mattress or futon check out City Futon on Van Ness at Eddy. They don't have the name brands but the beds offered are of the same quality as a "name brand" at a very affordable price.

Sleep Train overcharges ever customer as they have to cover their advertising budget, which is rumored to be over a million dollars a month just in the Bay Area alone.
