Would the Philips bulbs last as long as the Silverstars? 15 for a pair is a great deal but if you have to replace them like mad then not so good.

FYI, Sylvania makes little blue bulbs which light up amber, to replace your headlight turn signal bulbs, as well as bulbs to replace your stock foglight bulbs.
They're called Osram (Sylvania Europe) Diadems.

I've had mine in for a year and a half and have done some driving on dirt roads and haven't had to change them. I'm not sure about the Silverstars but I doubt that the Silverstars last three times longer.

As for the foglights, I haven't checked to see if they have them in the Hi-Vis. They are H3 bulbs if I remember correctly. I think Philips lists them but my local K-mart doesn't stock them.

ok went to k-mart yesterday to check out the philips and they had multiple kinds. our headlights use 9007s correct? i didn't want to get them until i was sure, and there's only one 9007 left so hopefully it's still there if I go today. I'll be glad to get them in because I can't see well at night.

Make sure the package says Hi-Vis. They also sell regular 9007's, Blue 9007's and Long Life 9007's.

Is the Philips Hi-Vis DOT legal? Last thing I want is some numb nut cop hassling me for something trivial like headlights. Thanks for the info.
