Service department at Santa Cruz Subaru

This might be a dumb question, but just kind of wanted to know in general how good Santa Cruz Subaru's service department is. Thanks!

I think Ronny D is still down there along with few other guys. They are very good guys and very careful with cars. Mark and Bruce were the service managers when I used to go down there. But I think Bruce has moved to sales while Mark is still the service manager.

Great guys, good services. Charlie Yeo (cyyeo here) is the sale person there as well.

I bought my OBS there and had them do the trans & diff service. Very cool guys, and the parts guys were knowledgable aswell. They verified a used swaybar & springs p/n for me without any hassle, even tho there was no $$ale involved.
Some dealerships act like the DMV & won't tell you jack unless they're getting your money. So ya, I was treated well

Everything GST, my friends or myself haven't done... SC subaru has.

They did ALL my maintenance for the first 60k. Fixed my tranny when the syncro stuck. Replaced my cd player when I broke it. New water pump, PS pump, timing belt, turbo, lines, etc.

They're good at what they do.

+1 to Santa Cruz. Do great work, complementary ride to somewhere while you wait, and Mark is a great guy to work with. Definitely worth the drive.
