I used to be friends with Davheed, but he went insane and started saying he wanted to kill me for my anti semetic views (What!? When have I ever bashed a jew?). That's when I went off on him... I don't appreciate that kind of crap.

Seriously, If the D is that bad, go to a damn doctor, thats what i did and it worked out alright for me. If you don't want to do that, order a bunch of tramadol online and have a ball - nothing brings a smile to ones face quite like an opiate.
