Ok I've thought about it some more... No demo so I'm putting pieces together. Alright it'd 18" long and anatomically correct; there's no way adding 18" of reach is going to help your sore shoulder while turning cheek, this thing is meant to be used back to front. It's gotta be. SO even worse you at least be dragging poo covered paper across you ballzak. Unless of course you don't inspect your work, and you discard without checking.

Just make sure you set the water temp to warm. One time I took a dump when I was half asleep and when I went to go press the button, I got a cold wake up call. I was quickly woken up and traumatized for the rest of the night.
