I would mob that thing everywhere. I would probably wear a ghoustbuster outfit too just to do it. Get all the old school 80's ghost buster toys and strap them on with the Ghost trap. Throw that thing out at random people and see if you can suck them into it.

I bet the police would arrest you and make you a 5150 case in an hour.
