*Ever seen a car "hop" off a dolly, let alone have the straps work loose and/or fall off?
I did mountain/back-country recovery on HWY's 4/16/88 for a while. As a [Former] Professional, yeah, people are dumb and Tow "Operators" aren't always the most caring. There's only 1 or 2 tow company's in the entire Bay Area I trust, even then both have lost their best drivers the last few years. I'll pay or wait for the proper carrier, even if I have to go back to AAA and push for reimbursement.

I didnt know wrx's had the fuse. I thought only the non turbo autos with the 90/10 split could do that. Like the 2.5rs up to 07.
Mines got the 4eat with variable torque displacement and i dont think it can be disabled to fwd only.......
