Your going to need to find a way to save them to your computer. From there its cake.

1) Buy a Mac

2) Let video load in Safari

3) Highlight Window>Activity

4) Double click the file with the largest size

5) Drag newly downloaded video over iTunes icon

6) Done

I think you can get a plug in for mozilla to download flash vids.

Get Firefox.
Download the Firefox Extension called "VideoDownloader"
Convert video to iPod format (mp4 I think). I used Videora Converter

Window>Activity should bring up a small window that shows all of the files downloaded/running for the site. Just double click on the largest file on that list and it will download to your desktop. I took a quick screen capture of what it should look like.

Then get a conversion program to convert the .flv (from YouTube) into .mp4 (iPod video format) with whatever settings are required for a video iPod. I'm on a Mac and I do the Mozilla plug-in plus a program called iSquint to put videos on my cell phone. I'm sure you PC guys have more choices of freeware that does the same stuff.
