Unfortunately, $9m is still a huge chunk of the salary cap. I think the money could have been better spent than on Sapp. Boy, Bay Area sports is going to keep on stinking for a while.

Besides, Bay Area to ME ends at The City limits or at least before crossing ANY bridge....everything else is just filler!
