Haha, yeah I see you goin' up Bollinger a lot. I work in Martinez till 11pm, then the girlfriend demands I see her after work in Walnut Creek from like 11:20 - 1 so by the time I get back into town it's 1:15-1:30, then my best bud is usually chillin' there since there's nothing else to do so I chill with him for an hour or so. Sometimes we lose track of time and it's like 3:30-4:00. It screws up my sleep regimen because then I don't fall asleep until 5:00am, wake up at like 1:00pm and then leave for work at 1:45 pm. Basically my "free time" is after work lol.

Only actual facts I have from what I saw was a white male, grey sweatshirt, maybe 6ft tall max. Gun in right hand, beer in left (accidently told the investigator the beer was in right hand but it was hard to tell from the distance and I was still in shock somewhat). Police told him to put down the gun, he didn't surrender, pulled the gun at them, 12-20 shots to lay him out.

I've also noticed that people were complaining about so many branches of the police at the scene, Sherrif, SR PD, Lafayette PD, CHP, and I believe Dublin PD were there. What they don't understand is that having multiple PD working together not only saves money by not needing to hire more officers, but allows a broader area to be protected.
Yeah, there were quite a lot of officers there, but since this is honestly a rarity, and it was so late at night, I think it was a good thing. What if this guy was in front of a house, or even worse...in somebody's home?

Yeah, like was said it wasn't me in that interview although I did talk to the cops over the weekend for another incident inside my complex. I do live off of Bollinger though so with reference to the Chevron off of Bollinger & San Ramon Valley Blvd I do tend to hit up either that one or the one over off of Crow Canyon Road & San Ramon Valley Blvd (depends on which one is cheaper at the time or just how lazy I am feeling like that day).
