San ramon projects

ok my buddy got a new apartment in san ramon where it is income restricted to keep the rent down.

So this is basicly the projects of san ramon hahaha


Well when i asked where the income limit is at he said

85grand a year

hahaha

SOME PROJECTS! haha the place looks bad *** and is freaking awesome!!! what is that ****! haha

btw - how much is rent? I was paying $1500 for a 1 bedroom in fremont a couple years ago. I thought the rental market kinda crappy now.

where is this place at?

there were some apartments/townhomes across the street from where i used to live that were supposedly low income housing. yet half the people that lived there still drove bmws

HA HA...i bet the apartments are off of Bollinger Canyon Rd., I live like 5 miles from there in Dublin, trust me when I say there ain't no "projects" or "ghetto" in San Ramon. I on the otherhand live in a dump.

yup u nailed it! haha good looking apratments to rent is like 1400 a mo for a 2 bedroom place
