i am so jealous of your picture because it is better than mine. i took this one 10 years ago and stood in the cold for over 40 minutes. i used film and scanned it so it did not come out very good. but look at the water. because i opened the lens for over 20 minutes of exposure, this is the result.

Thank you so much for the comments. Remember that this is before the digital days so film reacts differently to city light since they are at a different temperature. Digital cameras these days have something that most people don’t even know which is “white balance” and it is almost always set at automatic. Back in the days when I was young, we used to use filters to diffuse the light and give it a white color. Obviously this tells how old I am. Darn.
