I live around the "stealth s***". I sometimes ride my mountain bike there

Also, Alviso is kinda scary, like a country-town in an urban area.

Seeing Moffett as "stealth S***" made me laugh out loud. Also, having grown up in Palo Alto, seeing EPA marked as "Car Jackings" also brought a wry smile to my face. Not to mention OAK airport being marked as "To Vegas"
