that law still stinks, though. i really hope the NRA or any action group can get it repealed.

got relatives outside SF?

store it in their place.

heck, rent a storage place with a bunch of other gun owners.

actually

you only SF residents are affected by this stupid law.

so if you a "visitor" @ a resident or anywhere in the city, this law does not apply to you.

COME PILLAGE OUR CITY... WE HAVE NO WEAPONS.

IDIOTS!

I have a coworker that I was talking to this morning by the water cooler, I brought up this topic and the anit-military recruiting, she was all for both of them. I almost slapped her. Her reasoning for supporting them made me laugh.

Those are the two stupidest laws I've ever heard of. What a bunch of idiots!

*bangs head on wall*

Damn am I glad that I'm not a SF resident. Hell, I don't even own any guns (yet). But it's the principal of the goddamn issue.

I predict a large raise in scattergun sales.

ignorance and apathy...

similar thing happened in 1982. it was eventually struck down by the 9th circuit court of appeals...

daly, the supervisor who brought this sillyness up, is just grandstanding.

if they really want to curb crime in san francisco, banning law abiding citizens of their rights is just dumb.

WHEN it gets shot down in courts, make sure you let those idiots in the city council know how much you appreciate them wasting your tax money...
