I have eight, 10 mile little hand held 2 way radios we can use. I forget what frequency they work on. I should also have a cb installed by then.

So its roughly 300miles from sj to sb, I feel like most cars will be running on fumes if there isn't a stop for gas along the way, not to mention a place where e85 users can pull over and fill up (hopefully not on the side of the road)

everyone will leave will a full tank of gas. be sure to fill up with a full tank. once the e85 guys need to refuel, well pull over at a gas station and everyone else can refuel too, even if you still have a quarter tank left. one stop in the middle of the way there is enough to get us there. with bimmerfest, the stop is always kettleman city for refueling and eating. we can pick a spot on the way.

well, if it was up to me, id go the day before which is a saturday and then just spend the night at a hilton or something near by and then spend the day there sunday and come back that night. but everyone wants to leave at 4 am on sunday morning to arrive there around 10ish. so from what it seems, its going to be like 4am leave, 10ish arrive, and then leave when the shows done.
