Rubber stops in struts cut have quest.??

Rubber stops in struts cut have quest.??
I'm going to reinstall my stock springs and when they put the H&Rs in they cut a yellow rubberish stop one nub came off. Do I need to buy new ones or will it be ok to put those in????

They cut off 1 nub about 1/2 - 1 inch thats all

they cut it because with lowering springs you have less travel before the spring bottoms out. That's what they're supposed to do.
