I think it is funny how you can pay to view a site that doesn't have ads. Why not just get firefox with adblock for free and you won't view any ads either?

I just read a few random pages from that thread, and it seems there ARE a few normal people over there who asked why they didnt just do something they could afford, and state how ghey it was to ask for money from the site members to pay for a personal trip for the site owner. But it seems the majority of the people over there seem to think this guy is "Gods gift to the planet" and just comply with his requests because "he is the site owner and has helped out alot of members over the years.....blah blah blah."

Don't be jealous just because he had a great idea. Just like SaveToby as well.
In the end you can call these people lowlifes, proudly state that you have higher moral standards, etc. etc. but it's the anonymous internet and at the end of the day the guy's got a wad of cash.

Yeah, pretty lame for sure. I will be getting married next year and we will be paying for everything on our own. I don't have an STi and my fiance only has a .7c ring but that's because that's what we/I can afford. Ah well.
