Where does Baldwin get off throwing out random "facts" about the consequences of usage?! Honestly it doesn't even matter to me if it's legal or not. It's too easy to get some(legally of course). It's just a matter of whether the govt wants to tax it. It is too hard to test for the level of intoxcity while driving but i do believe there should be limits. There are times where I have eaten an edible(which mind you, it's very hard to determine the strength) and wasn't able to operate a vehicle.

It may be Baldwin, and the strength of the argument might be that of a lampshade, but the points and arguments he brings up are shared by collective of anti marijuana lobbyists and are most commonly brought up during these arguments. It's really the best argument they have?

Sadly. someone like Ron Paul is far to honest to be President. His honesty may suit those of us who are somewhat open minded, but most of this country is filled with morons. And many of those morons, especially the ones with money and power, do not like someone who does not commit to a particular side of an issue.
