Btw, was the course off the Vista chair... I mean literally ran alongside its lift towers? That's all I ever recall, but just not HUGE as you described it.

Yea man, I live in San Mateo, gonna head up to SF to pick up a friend and be on our way. Planning to go First Chair -> Last Chair.
If you care about skill level - my friend and I are definitely beginner-intermediates. Can get down the groomers ok, not riding pow yet and not messing with the park too much. Of course all that really doesn't matter for this man-made weekend assuming only 1-2 runs will be open. Just want to get out there and pay less to get my bearings back =)

Have fun out there, folks. Don't expect too much. Should be plenty chaotic out there.
vik682, N*'s First Chair, Last Call sounds nutz! If I was looking to score the Special Blend 'fit, I'd get there by 7am & hike up the hill to the Vista chair after paying for my lift ticket. Unless ya are actually the first one in line to take the gondola up to mid mtn, you'll miss the phatty hook-up. Just "mi dos pesos." G'Luck, bruddah. Havae fun out there!
