Okay so I'm reading more on Nasioc bout this USC mix and towards the end of the thread it starts getting bad, no soild evidence though, but I'm getting kinda sketchy over it, any suggestions for a MY00 2.5rs tranny with 162k miles on it?

You could just order all of it from 1 place.

The Redline Fluid I can get from a couple of Car stores in Danville/San Ramon. As for San Jose try this - http://www.redlineoil.com/dealers.asp

Adam and Noah swear by it. So I took their advice and had them use it in their Transmisison + Read Diff service. Stopped the syncro grinding completely. That was roughly 50k miles ago, so i'm up for service again. hit up LIC Motorsports for your tans+diff service and ask them for the swepco product.
It's thick at room temp, but becomes more liquid with some heat. Very, very interesting stuff. It works, better than anything else i've ever tried in the past and I've tried Redline and Syncromesh.
oh and it's BLUE!
