Red Light Ticket help!

so guys long story short i was yelling at someone in my passenger seat looked up and i ran a red light. I know stupid right? The light has a camera that im 99.9% sure got me (millbrae ave , El Camino). This would be my first ticket ever does anybody know how much my insurance would probably go up? 3 years clean driving record etc. Also if i take traffic school to get rid of the point would my insurance still go up? Please if anyone can help i would gladly appreciate it thanks.

If you take traffic school your insurance never gets touched. I personally use goodbyeticket.com.... all online and can take all the test as many times as you want. Also don't have to have it notarized. Cost about $30. My wife ran a red light somehow last year. They sent us the photos of her doing it and the ticket I believe was about $210. Good luck.

Hit Up Strider327. He'll make that ticket disappear with a written declaration. I got off on a good amount of tickets and got my refund back.

Well if the picture shows your face you're screwed but if it's iffy you can ask strider. Red light tickets are about 400$ now after fees and traffic school. I know the westborough one for a couple people that were in a hearing with me was about that much

Worst case scenario you will have to attend traffic school. It will prevent any points being added to your record, so your insurance will NOT go up.

I recommend http://www.gototrafficschool.com as it is EASY and FAST. Another member recommended it and I was very pleased with how easy it was.

Try to fight it though... good luck.

It's not writing off tickets. It's actually fighting them through a written declaration.

PM him and talk... He's not recommended by most of the people for no reason. I'm sure he's great at handling this stuff.

I've been reading everyones posts and I think I was mistaken on the price of the ticket. Around $500 does kind of ring a bell. It was my speeding tickets that were $210

Make sure it is not a "snitch ticket" when you get it.

It's the county of the court that determines whether it needs to be notarized or not.
