I know a special suit will need to be made for freefall at the speed of sound, but seriously I'd think that your arms would be ripped off if he goes from a streamlined position to a full on spread to slow himself down.

I'm assuming he doesn't fall for very long, he also holds the record for longest parachute "hang time".... If you watch the video carefully he opens up he's parachute pretty quick..
