I just received the recall notice from mail today.
Anybody got it fixed?? Which dealer did you go to?
BTW: it's for 2002-2003 impreza

it doesn't matter what grade the damn bolt is, Subaru keeps using split washers and that right there is the problem.

I think the only reason why this is a recall on 02/03 is cause most people don't put 35K miles on the car in a year.
So only the older cars are reporting it.

i had mine come loose and then complelty fall out. i just screwed the same bolt back in and so far it hasn't gave me any trouble. gonna go for the recall soon though now that its summer and ill have more time. my car has 32k on it and im not even that heavy 6'3 180
