re-calibration of speedometer

civilian speedometers are not designed to be 100% accurate like cop speedometers

theres a radar sign by my work sometimes and its always a few off. One day it was off by 3 in my car and my girlfriends

yeah i guess so...all i know is i can skate 17 mph past one and that was years ago, bet i have a few more HP by now
