Dude how in the hell is the judge a RACIST. You were speeding you got a ticket and some how pissed off the Judge. I dont think you should have been charged double your bail amount but I still dont think or see how the Judge was a racist.

first of all i know you speed too. 2ndly how i presented myself was more then what a judge would ask for which was bein very respectful and callin her your honor or waitin for her to finish what she had to say then i would speak on myside. and being my age or car that shouldnt matter ona speeding ticket. that judge act as if i stole a car, robbed somone, or even try to run someone over.
and i never doubted you dressed nice or were polite, it was just something that hasnt been clarified yet.
forgot to mention that all the other asians in there... same thing about 3 of them got their lisence suspended and 2 others got their bail raised and she wouldnt let one of the older women testify because she "needed" a translator. while people who ran stop signs which were white she said ok ill give you a 80 dollar fee+ 20+10 for processin fees for court fees and you can take traffic school for... 120 dollars...

racist no.
trying to make you understand the importance of not speeding...yes.
Now, I was under the impression that they can't raise your fine without some sort of cause. Was tehre anything else on the ticket? Did the officer show up and present some sort of evidence that took you further into the hole?

You wont win. Its the court reaction to the ppl dying in D.C. during that street racing event..."to teach a lesson".
Plus the county needs every red cent it can bleed out of its citizens. Tax increases wont pass votes, but creating revenue via law enforcement will help close the gaps. I have this on good authority from a lobbyist we work with in Sacramento.

I still think she's being biased and unfairly assuming people going 15 over are bad drivers
Did you expect her to go easy on an 18 year old going 15 over? I'm not saying it wasnt harsh of her, but I'm also not surprised.

Yes, you can sue. No, you won't win.
