We have a better, currently implemented method. It's called "report post". They flame or say something out of line, you report, they get warned or banned.
No need for people to gang bang on others and all of a sudden have an ugly first impression.

Perhaps if we had such a notation system, then you would know that I am very conservative in my statements regarding politics and that I could give a flying **** about being politically correct. But then again, you're omniscient, so what was I thinking. And thanks for introducing politics into a discussion where it wasn't involved; how Bay Area of you.
