I don't see tailgating or anything close. Maybe some spirited accelleration but that's it. Mazda driver was beezy.

I've seen worst. I was almost ran over on my motocycle on the back side of Sierra rd where there's a cliff on one side of the road by a evo and wrx who were attemping to touge I believe.

Dude...The moment he stopped and got out I would have stepped out of my car, weapon at my side, and ordered him back in his car and to drive on.

NOT COOL, thats a good way to win the wet t-shirt contest, getting out and coming at someone like that.

I would not say a weaker person, just one that does not think or act as some of us would. The fact is not everyone is prepared mentally or physically to draw a weapon, and be ready to take a life. I know, that if I must draw my weapon, that there is a damn good chance I am going to be forced to use it, and that if I use it, I am not shooting to wound.

That said, no hesitation what so ever to do such, if I am ever forced to have to make that decision. My life/my loved ones are worth far more than some stranger/criminal/hot head's life.

The guy in the BMW is Mr. Calaveras. He owns the road and all of the adjacent land, and he has the powers to regulate traffic on that road in any way he pleases. The MS3 guy should be thankful. His car is one of the rare 335is that came with blinker delete mod from the factory.

I would have never let him get that close to my car nor let him catch me slipping still sitting in my car were I am vulnerable. I would have got out when he did and told him to get back in his car or like someone else said got out with weapon in hand. OR...rolled up the windows, locked the doors then if he messed with my car at all I would have ran him over or at least hit him with my car.

On another note, if this is Mr. Calaveras then he should know the dangers of stopping in the middle of a two lane road especially because it looked like it was near a turn. Also he should know that most "****boxes" drive much more dangerously through there and that the MS3 driver was quite mild so chill out a bit....

Just my $0.02...
