I got ram for my G5 Mac from OWC (www.macsales.com). Lifetime warranty and works perfectly.

just keep in mind that your RAM should be paired (i.e. buy two of the same sticks of ram, same brand, speed, size, timings, etc.. MBPs are known to run horribly if you run unmatched pairs.
