I saw you cross several lanes and cut a few people off. Yes you in the Blue 04-05 wrx with the crapy knock off hks carbon pipe hanging out the back and the ring sticker off the side. Stop being a toll shed when you pass other cars that are modded as well we are not all out to race.

^ thats awesome...it took me til about 18 to get out of the irrespnsible risky stage, i mean, everything i did was safe, but i look back on some stuff and go OMG WTF was i thinking. I was never a tool, thats the most important. i HATE RICE TOOLS, and lifted truck tools too.

So True...these 16,17,18 yr old...in high school..if they like imports..they either want a wrx or a evo now...

My little cuz who lives in Sac..turned 17yrs old 2 weeks ago...and yup..his parents bought him a 2003 WRX wagon....and now he wants Advice from me...what a tool..!

 

..then do your part to help him out the right way? Someone's gotta start somewhere, but it's important that they start off right. Maybe I'm just a little easier on the kids because I was once a random 18-year old ricer kid myself. I've seen younger folks in the hobby (yes, it's a hobby) taking the time to learn the right way or at least be open for good advice instead of getting yelled at on message boards or something.

As for the dude trying to race his g/f's GTI. That's just retarded, regardless of anything.

kid. Since 8th grade about the time the 04's came out I have wanted, saved up, and spent tons of hours browsing rs25, nasioc, i-club, and

iwsti learning probably more then i should know. If he wants advice i don't think that makes him a tool. Give him good advice so he

doesn't put on a bov and intake and start racing kids everywhere!

 

The only way to cut down on this is to not sell our cars to tools. So, if some douche kid wants to buy your car, don't sell it to them. If their parents are trying to buy your cars for them, smack them and tell them they are morons for even considering it. Send the message that even if you have the money to buy a used WRX, it doesn't mean someone in the Subaru community is willing to sell you one. Let those idiots get their cars from the used car lots or from the other douchebag owners who have installed intakes and BOVs instead of parts that actually do something.
