I have a 60gig PS3 and haven't had a problem. Few people have had any problems with the PS3. Now if you were looking into getting a Xbox 360, then Id be worried about issues. With over 30% of all 360s dieing for the same reason (RROD), I wouldn't be dropping any kind of money on one right now. The PS3 is well worth the $400 price tag, and has a ton of features to offer.

If you have a laptop or desktop that you could hook up to your hdtv you could download Graboid. For about $10 a month you could download fairly good quality HD movies/shows.

I am on the Graboid website, but it shows the download is free. What exactly is the $10/mo for?

well the download is free but they only give you 4gb for the first 30 days of downloading for free but if you pay $14.99 I think you get upgraded to 50gb of downloading

Amazon has a pretty cool deal on the PlayStation 3 Metal Gear Solid 4 Gray Kojima Bundle. You get the limited edition gunmetal gray ps3, and the limited edition metal gear game for the same price as a regular 80gb system, and if you're not into MGS ...the game is going for good money on ebay and amazon, so sell it and just have the sweet gunmetal case!
