I want to keep it clean with STI goodies. Don't want to go ***** deep in modding cause I want it to stay very streetable. I'm about 90% sure STi Brembos will fit on the front hubs straight swap like the WRX, so that'll be one of the first things ill research and mod. But I want it to stay classy with mainly STI quality parts.

Yea, pretty sick car. I never did understand the idea of switching off from AWD, but I could care less. Nice car.

6k is a lie so that they can charge more (which is obviously what they're doing).

Well I live in West Sacramento, so if I get it before September I'll make it out to a meet or 2 so people can check it out.. But by then I'm sure everyone will have seen one by then so it won't be as exciting anymore haha.

The author of this article makes a great point. People who want this car to have a turbo don't think of this.

2013 Subaru BRZ Review: It's Thinker Than You Fast It Is | Rumble Seat by Dan Neil - WSJ.com

The problem with a lot of sporty cars is that they are so massively overqualified for the street. Take a car like the Mustang Boss 302: 444 hp, limited-slip rear differential, race-tuned suspension and 9.5-inch-wide, 19-inch Pirelli P Zero tires. Sounds nice, right? But on the street you have to go so hard just to get the car to slide around a little bit, just to feel a little bloodlust, you're always in danger of losing your license. Fear of incarceration is kind of a buzzkill.

Congrats on the pre-order, I really like the new engine design with the oil filter right on top of the engine. In a lite little RWD car it should have plenty of power and be a blast to drive. My only complaint is that the engine has EL headers so no rumble But oh well, it's all about the twisties anyway.
