I almost got snagged there a few times.
Yes, ticket central. Thanks for the look out. A lot less CHP then Fremont cops.. (man it's Fremont for cryin' out loud). No wonder why the town is rich. So much money out their ***** they gotta put up a camera at every other stop light. I wanna move back to Union City! (cept union city DOES have some REALLY bored kids out there). But if you find a cool neighborhood, your care is safe!

Uhh..you realize that is 1.5 times the speed limit. When it is 25 it is 25 for a reason (school, residential etc.). That isn't a BS ticket, that is a good one.

Pulled over for checking out cars at dealership late night

This happened about 10 years ago when I was living in LA. A friend and I decided to check out the new VW GTI one night around midnight. We went to Santa Monica VW dealer and checked out a few cars parked in the open parking lot, only with a chain separating the parking lot and street sidewalk. When we left, I noticed a car following us in the distance, but can't rally tell if it's a cop. So I drove normally just in case, finally got pulled over at an major intersection with several cop cars coming from everywhere. We got out of the car and sat on the sidewalk while the cops (LAPD) searched inside of my car and checked our licenses. Then they asked some questions:

Cop: What are you doing at dealership so late?
Us: Check out the new cars.

Cop: Why don't you do that during the day?
Us: Don't have time. We go to school during the day.

After about 15 minutes, we were let go without any problems. It was our first encounter with a lot of cops, still remember it vividly today.

exhaust and plate covers: SFSU PD

pulled me over right in front of school. told me it was too loud and gave me a tix. I told him I was running late so he kinda got mad. Also he wanted to give me a tix for tinted windows because he knows my car and sees it parked but I said "but the windows were down, and you didnt see them" so he let me go

tags: SFPD
the tags were expired but I paid and the reg was up to date so he let me go.

tint: CHP
could not get me for speeding so he got me for tint, plate covers, and blue bulbs in high beams while my lows were on with HID when he went up front to look. Also they were the 6K that are hella purple
