Car Info: your mother crazy
Might be interested in headers, but I'm keeping it as stock as possible. I'm second owner and the car is pretty ****ing immaculate.
Not concours by any means, but I have all of the registration and insurance info from 67-present, the original bill of sale, and all the maintenance records. No rust anywhere other than minor cosmetic stuff.
Factory AC.... If I can afford R12 I'll keep it.

really? Not to be a dick but it is a reg 289 mustang, doesn't really add value to keep it stock. The mustang was awesome because of what it could be, and there are so many performance parts you could transform that car into a wonderful driver instead of a bucket of bolts.

to improve it and make it fun to drive. Don't really see why it being a 1 owner mustang makes that big of a difference. If you are willing to change things like power steering why not upgrade the car to be more fun? You could make it go faster, handle better and stop quicker without affecting how the car looks from the outside.

It already has a modern alternator and I switched out the ignition as well. Will probably rebuild the existing AC compressor with one of the conversion kits out there since i don't want to sell a kidney for r12. Power brakes and steering dont take anything away and are easy to remove if i ever wanted to become a purist douche or sell it to one.

^^ you kinda nailed it. I'm not going to just fix stuff with OE replacement parts...
